The Planning and Zoning Commission met Planning Board and With ~i_' _~ Y. _ ' h the Instruction on several OCcasions, when zoning for Avenue was discussed at length. After discussing the findings of these joint meetlngs~ the Planning and Commission recommends to the Board of County Commissio that the zoning of Virginia Avenue remain unchanged.
