Non e Primary access is via Orange Avenue which is a major collector. Orange Avenue is currently operating at 98% of capacity. COMMENTS: The proposed GMPP amendment is a radical departure from future land use plans in the area and existing land use patterns in the area. There is more than adequate land currently shown as Light Industrial and zoned appropriately within two miles of this site%~ It is also questionable whether an isolated location such as this meets the industrial location requirements of ~ __ the Growth Management Policy Plan. ~. 2.
