PUBLIC HEARING:
Petition of Eugene Boatwright, Sr. by agent J. Michael Brennan,
Esq. for a change in zoning from RS-4 (residential, single family -4)
to CN (commercial, neighborhood) for property located on the west
side of North 25th Street, between Piana Boulevard and Juanita Avenue.
J. Michael Brennan appeared before the Board and stated the
property to the north and south of this property are both zoned CN
and Mr. Boatwright wants to develop a neighborhood shopping center.
He has found another location to park his trucks.
There was no opposition to the petition.
A motion was made by Mr. Carman to approve the petition, it was
seconded by Mrs. Harris and upon vote, unanimously approved..
