A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NUMBER
82-45 FOR THE PURPOSE OF CORRECTING
DELETIONS.
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning
Commission, after holding a public hearing of which due
notice was published at least 15 days prior to said hearing
and all owners of property within 300 feet were notified
by mail of said hearing, has recommended to the Board of
County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, that the herein-
after described request for changes in zoning classification
be Granted, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a
public hearing on April 6, 1982 after publishing a notice
of said hearing in the News Tribune on March 5, 1982.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, t~-wit:
The E. ½ of the SW¼ of the SE¼ of the NW¼, and the

When researching legal of Lewis application for rezoning, filed
by Stebbins & Scott, it was disc ~e~ed that the legal included
property actually owned by another party (Politis), which was
a 25'easement to their property. ~ ~ntacted Stebbins $ Scott,
who in turn got Jack Tierney of Hoyt Murphy Real Estate to contact
owner of 25' to see if they would be a party to the rezoning
petition. They did and application was signed and returned.
Since original legal description already included ~x~f this
property, it was decided to use legal description as received.
Note: J.Urso & J.Nelson discussed w/B. Price in Prop. Appr. office
and he said, and we confirmed by looking at Plat, that 25' strip
going thru middle of legal was part of Lot 2I-White City 3-36-40,
and owned by others.
Discussed w/Gary Ament & David Kelly, who called Mr. Scott and above
course of action was decided upon by all.
