PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION JUNE 28, 1979 PUBLIC HEARING: Petition of Lewis and Lewis, Ltd., by Edward J. ~ewis, for a change in zoning classification from A-! (agriculture) to R-lC (residential, single-family) for property located on the West side of Citrus Avenue, approximately 125 ft. South of Parkland Boulevard) A representative of Lewis and Lewis was present and spoke in favor of the ~tition, stating they wish to building homes from $65,000 to $90,000 which would not be detrimental to the area. One person opposed it stating he had heard the homes would be small. He said he would like to have deed restrictions there.' Mr. Adams advised it would be the same as to the North and East, the same type of zoning. Mr. Ebner stated these are very expensive lots; you have to have a minimum of $60,000. and up.. Mr. Ebner moved the petition be approved, seconded by Mr. Davis. Board was polIed and the motion passed unanimously.
