BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of county

Section A is determined to be invalid or unenforceable for any
reason, the preliminary development plan approval granted by this
resolution shall become null and void.

plan is filed pursuant to Section 3o3.121(5) of
the St. 5ucie County Zoning ordinance, the preliminary
development plan approval granted by this resolution shall become
null and void.
