LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA WHEREAS, the Board of CountY Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following determinations: 1. Callaway Land and Cattle Co., Inc. presented a petition for a change in z!oning from AR-1 (agricultural, residential) to RS-2 (residential~ single family -2) for the property described below. 2.
