Dear Gary:
I represent Mr. and Mrs. Charles V. Blount who own the
above property and who filed petitions with the County to
change the zoning and amend the future land use from commercial
general to RM (Residential,'Medium).
Mr. and Mrs. Blount have requested me to have you withdraw
their petitions in view of the fact that adjoining property
owners and neighbors of theirs have opposed their requested
changes, and Mr. and Mrs. Blount do not wish to go against the
feelings of the neighborhood.
Kindly take whatever action is necessary to have the
Petitions filed by Charles and Jeanette Blount withdrawn so
that the zoning will remain CG and the Growth Management Policy
Plan will remain at CG.

advise.
