LUCIE COUNTY, WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. County, Florida, has made the following determinations: Lucie 1. Christian Missonary Alliance presented a petition for a change in zoning from RS-4 (Residential, Single Family 4 du/ac) to I (Institutional) for the property described below. 2. The St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission, held a public hearing on the petition, after publishing notice at least fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing and notifying by mail owners of property within five hundred feet (500') of the subject property, and has recommended that the Board ~ the hereinafter described request for change in zoning classification from RS-4 (Residential, Sing!e Family 4 du/ac) to I (Institutional) for the property described below. 3. Mr. McCain seconded the motion, and upon roll call, the Board voted unanimously in favor of the motion, with the exception of Patricia King and Douglas Skidmore who were not present at subject meeting, the PLANNING PUBLIC HEARING - FRIENDSHIP MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH - FILE NO. RZ-89-001: Petition of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, Reverend Keith by Agent: C. Reverend Keith C. Smith presented the petition. He stated that the purpose for the request is to allow construction of a church on the subject property. The church's present location is on Avenue E. The church has outgrown the facility at that location. Mr. Willie J. Williams, Sr., the realtor and one of the owners of the subject property, said that Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. needs a larger property for additional parking space~ and a larger building.
