Mr. Dick Stebbins represneted Mr. Fender and told the Board that the property was located between the railroad track and the 7-11 store on Oleander Avenue. Mr. Fender wants to put in a shopping center with 16 stores and approximately 14,000 square feet. There was no opposition to the petition.
