The land to the northwest is also vacant with low density residential development to the north in Beau Rivage. Land immediately to the east of the proposed rezoning in Martin County is also vacant at the present time. Future Land Use: Low density residential. CO~4ENTS: The proposed rezoning encompassed approximately 10.9 acres. Immediately-to the east in Martin County is an 8.7 acre tract which is zoned for low density residential use. They have contacted the Depamtment of Enviromental Regulations and have been to work sessi in both counties. Approval from St. Lucie' County Engineer has been obtained except for a few small details.
