Agent (s) BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS JULY 1980 ZONING - PETITION OF J~S FAIR ' Letter was read from J~mes Fai requesting reconsiderationi of zoning petition which was denied on June 24th by a 2-2.vote Mr. Fair was present and expla~ ned that while he originally asked for 200' to be re- zoned to B-3, he would be satisfied wi_th a P=I, which would enable him to use his house as an office. Zoning Director Thomas agreed he could comply with P-! if 20' on all four sides is left. Atty. Adams advised that the B~ard could, if they so desired, k~ move to reconsider and set a date for a public hearing. Com. Enns moved to reconsider m~hich was seconded by Com. I did--nQt understand the process, and did not realize th~--l~cou!~ have and should have asked for the matter to be tabled until ~hmr~ was a full Board present. I would appreciate it if a proper member of the Commission would move to reconsider the vote, and then that the .matter on the rezoning be rescheduled for a ~ime when all five members are present. Of course, the records would reflect the names and addresses of those persons who were interested in my rezonihg, and they could ~nd should be notified of when the matter was being considered by the full Board.
