Gentlemen:
I had filed a petition for rezoning as you are aware, and it
was turned down on a two to two vote. I did--nQt understand
the process, and did not realize th~--l~cou!~ have and should
have asked for the matter to be tabled until ~hmr~ was a full
Board present. I would appreciate it if a proper member of
the Commission would move to reconsider the vote, and then
that the .matter on the rezoning be rescheduled for a ~ime
when all five members are present. Of course, the records
would reflect the names and addresses of those persons who
were interested in my rezonihg, and they could ~nd should
be notified of when the matter was being considered by the
full Board.
I would appreciate any consideration that could be given me
on this, and would appreciat~ it if a motion to reconsider
could be passed at the next ~eeting,-with the actual zoning
hearing being held at a timeWhen the full Board is present
Thank you. -

ng Public Hearings
4. FAIR (R-lC to B-3)
The proposed rezoning is currently vacant andi
according to our records, Parcel A contains a
single family residential dwelling. Land to the
north is currently utilized for Low Density Resi-
d6ntial development, with Medium Density Residen-
t' ~1 development to the south. Land to the west
i also utilized for Low Density Residential devel-
o Dent.
Future Land Use: proposed recommendation of the Local Planning
A ency for this area is Low Density Residential.
COMMENTS:
Existing Land Use:-
The proposed rezo lng is totally inconsistent with existing land
use in the area a~ d future land use plans for the area. It appears
that a deepening ~f B-3 zoning in this area would represent an un-
warranted intrusi~ n(without adequate buffers)of commercial zoning.
